Certificate training SCA Brewing Foundation

Authorized SCA Trainer
Training duration: 7-8 ore.
Students wishing to obtain the SCA certification diploma will take a theoretical test (in the form of an online exam) at the end of the course.
The courses will be delivered every 2nd and 4th week of the month from February to July and September to November.
Training fee: 1000 RON.
SCA certification diploma fee: 250 RON.
During the training we will cover the following:
- Coffee origin;
- Arabica vs. Robusta differences;
- Various preparation methods;
- The 7 essentials for brewing;
- Filter differences;
- Optimal extraction.
