The result is a classic Ethiopian profile—vibrant and exceptionally clean. The tasting opens with a juicy, fruit-forward acidity, dominated by clear notes of blueberries and cranberries. As the coffee cools, the effervescent berry character is beautifully balanced by a warm, velvety cocoa base, delivering a refined, elegant body and a long-lasting finish.
