This is a coffee that will surprise you with its intense fruity notes with a well-balanced acidity. The coffee is very flexible in extraction and subtly changes its characteristics depending on how it is brewed.

The Milan farm is located in the Andes Mountains, in the province of Risaralda, at altitudes of 1400-1800 metres, on hot springs and volcanic soils. Alongside other crops such as platanos (green bananas), maize and beans, the farm produces a variety of microlots.

After harvesting, sorting and hulling, the coffee is fermented for four days with nitrogen and yeast, then naturally dried for 20-30 days.
