ZAMBIA KATESHI ANAEROBIC

This coffee comes from Kateshi Estate, one of Zambia’s first coffee plantations, founded in 1972. It’s known not only for the quality of its coffee, but also for its commitment to the local community – it provides daily access to clean drinking water for over 20,000 residents, supports three schools with over 1,500 students, and operates a health clinic that provides free services to over 4,000 community members.

Situated at an altitude of around 1,300 metres, the farm benefits from ideal conditions for growing coffee, with rich volcanic soils and a favourable climate.

In the cup we find notes of juicy pear, quince and white grape, well-integrated acidity and medium body.

It is an excellent choice for those looking for a coffee with a fruity flavour profile and complexity. We particularly recommend it for espresso, emphasising the complexity and sweetness specific to anaerobic processing.
