This batch of coffee is small for the size of production in Brazil. The processing is natural and is done in a thin layer so that the fermentation is as controlled as possible and the resulting notes retain their delicacy. Thus the citric acidity blends harmoniously with the sweet notes of caramel and passion fruit, resulting in a coffee with a very pleasant sweetness, creamy body and a long, complex aftertaste.
Alexandre Quirino dos Santos, the owner of the farm, discovered his passion for growing coffee when he was young, following his father’s example. Years later, together with his wife and sons, he continues the tradition, dedicating himself to growing high-quality coffee.
