PERU HUABAL

This batch of coffee impressed us in the cupping with its pleasant notes of buttery biscuit and hazelnut, complemented by a subtle acidity reminiscent of green grape flavour. It comes from the district of Huabal, in the province of Jaén, where altitudes between 1,700 and 2,100 metres provide ideal conditions for growing high-quality coffee. The finished product is the fruit of the labour of 105 local producers who are committed to constantly improving the quality of their coffee through better farming practices and the selection of varieties suited to the region’s specific climate. We’re very happy to have it on the shelf and recommend it to anyone looking for a balanced cup of coffee with a full-bodied, full-bodied and balanced flavour.
