A course dedicated to coffee extraction using alternative methods such as V60, Aeropress and Syphon.
You will learn about the correct use of filters, water temperature, grinder calibration, types of pouring and how all these parameters influence the final extraction.
Start with V60, continue with Aeropress and finish with Syphon preparation. During the training we use the refractometer and the extraction chart to determine the quality of the extraction and see how to improve the preparation by a particular method.
The courses will be delivered every 2nd and 4th week of the month from February to July and September to November.
