Students will benefit from practical exercises where they will learn how to visually and sensory analyse prepared espresso, know and master the basics needed to use the equipment, milk texturing techniques, correct ways to prepare the main milk-based recipes, discover and understand the freshly roasted, specialty coffee trend.
In this training you will also explore alternative brewing methods (V60, aeropress, syphon), learn about under and over extraction, refractometer measurements, the impact of temperature, grind and the relationship between ration and extraction.
The courses will be delivered every 2nd and 4th week of the month from February to July and September to November.
