This training is ideal for beginner baristas as well as coffee enthusiasts regardless of their level of training. A certified trainer will teach the basic essentials of espresso making.
Practical exercises will include discovering the basics of tasting and appreciating espresso, dosing, tamping, grinder calibration, extractions, proper temperature and equipment maintenance.
You can bring your own equipment used at home to calibrate it and discover how to use it to its full potential.
It is a prerequisite for the Latte Art course.
The courses will be delivered every 2nd and 4th week of the month from February to July and September to November.
