ABOUT PRODUCT
The coffee comes from Huila, the village of Acevedo, where the PeñasBlancas processing station serves farmers in the community, providing them with modern infrastructure and technical support – which means access to high standards and fairer working conditions. The project is coordinated by Nestor Lasso, a Colombian producer recognized for his innovative approach to coffee processing, with an emphasis on traceability and consistency. Thanks to this collective effort, Peñas Blancas coffee stands out for its aromatic clarity and consistent quality from batch to batch. The Caturra variety and natural processing, at altitudes of up to 1900 m, outline a vibrant and juicy profile. In the cup, clear notes of pineapple, ripe bananas and melon are felt, in an expressive drink with a fruity, well-integrated acidity and a round body.
We highly recommend it for brews, where the sweetness of the fruits and the smooth texture stand out. If you still like a lighter and fruity espresso, you might be pleasantly surprised.
