ABOUT PRODUCT
This rare lot from the Ombligón variety comes from Finca Anaya, located in the Acevedo region of Colombia. The producer, Sergio Darío, uses a complex washed processing method with double fermentation and inoculation of selected yeasts. This strict control of fermentation maximizes the clarity and natural sweetness of the beans.
The result is a vibrant and intensely aromatic coffee. The flavor is dominated by juicy, clear notes of strawberries, complemented by a velvety base of vanilla. The smooth texture and refreshing sweetness recall sherbet, offering perfectly integrated acidity and a clean body.
