GUIDO is a specialty coffee shop, roastery and coffee school, opened in Bucharest, on Mihai Eminescu Street.

We have brought together under one roof the entire process of making quality coffee to guide you in discovering the benchmarks for tasting, brewing and appreciating exceptional coffee.

Passion is our secret ingredient that motivated us to build and share our vision through education and experience gained in this direction over the years.

At GUIDO we carefully select coffee origins, and for each one we test and choose a roast profile that highlights the different natural flavours that specialty coffee reveals in everyone’s cup. We also observe, test and then recommend the optimal maturation period for our coffees, i.e. the number of days after roasting in which the beans reveal their bouquet with clarity and elegance.

Enthusiasm, appreciation of quality, thirst for the new, attention to detail and determination motivate us to be constantly evolve.
