Before we opened Guido’s roastery, we went through many sleepless nights. We’ve become obsessed with learning as much as we can about coffee to help you discover unexpected flavours in every pack.
In many ways, our bakery has become a laboratory: we test, we improvise, we innovate. Each batch of coffee goes through a selection, profiling and roasting process.

CORE
Core coffees have low acidity, intense flavours and are suitable for most brewing methods. The predominant notes are chocolate, caramel and nuts. They’re unpretentious coffees and help you get a product as good as your favourite coffee shop.
EXPLORE
Explore category coffees have a higher acidity and are suitable for those who want to experience fruity and floral notes. A little thoroughness will help you reveal their unique character. Experiment and I assure you that you will never get bored.
VISION
Vision coffees are more demanding in brewing, but will reward you with an unparalleled experience. It’s worth following every step of the recipe, because only then will you get the result you want. Think of it as an exercise: how many distinct flavors can you identify with each new bite?
